      Please understand that emails may not always be returned/responded to instantaneously due to standard work schedules. Our baker is a teacher and is unavailable during "school hours" and goes to bed at a reasonable time on "school nights." Please allow at least 24-48 hours for a response.

      If you are interested in our services, please contact the Polka Dot Sweet Spot at least 14 days before the event to ensure availability and give time to acquire any special ingredients. Bookings are made on a first-come, first serve basis, and a deposit/down payment is required no later than 7 days before the event. In your email, please include your name, a phone number, and preferred time of day for a return call. The Polka Dot Sweet Spot can also email a no-obligation quote.
